Financial Management (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2017

An Act to amend certain legislative instruments consequent on the enactment of the Financial Management Act 2016

Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1.   Short title

This Act may be cited as the Financial Management (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2017 .

2.   Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which Part 2 of the Financial Management Act 2016 commences.

4.   Repeal of Act

This Act is repealed on the three hundred and sixty fifth day from the day on which this Act commences.

SCHEDULE 1 - Consequential Amendments

The amendments effected by Section 3 and this Schedule have been incorporated into the authorised version of the appropriate Acts and Statutory Rules.
