Duties (Concession Extension) Order 2020

I make the following order under sections 46B and 46K of the Duties Act 2001 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Duties (Concession Extension) Order 2020 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Act

In this order, the Duties Act 2001 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4.   

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Duties Act 2001 .

5.

6.   Revocation of order

This order is revoked on the first anniversary of the day on which it took effect.
