Justice Legislation Amendments (Criminal Responsibility) Act 2020
An Act to amend the Criminal Code Act 1924 and the Sentencing Act 1997
[Royal Assent 6 April 2020]
Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Justice Legislation Amendments (Criminal Responsibility) Act 2020 .
This Act commences on a day to be proclaimed.
PART 2 - Criminal Code Act 1924 Amended
The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Criminal Code Act 1924 .

PART 4 - Concluding Provision
This Act is repealed on the first anniversary of the day on which it commenced.
