HomeBuilder Grants (Amendment of Act) Order 2020

I make the following order under section 19(1) of the HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 .

PART 1 - Preliminary

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the HomeBuilder Grants (Amendment of Act) Order 2020 .

2.   Commencement

(1)  Except as provided in this clause, the provisions of this order are taken to have taken effect on 9 December 2020.

(2)  Part 3 is taken to have taken effect on 4 June 2020.

(3)  Part 4 is taken to have taken effect on 29 November 2020.

3.   Revocation of order

This order is revoked on the first anniversary of the day on which the last uncommenced provision of this order commenced.

PART 2 - HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 Amended

4.   Principal Act

In this Part, the HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 is referred to as the Principal Act.

PART 3 - HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 Further Amended

PART 4 - HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 Further Further Amended

12.   Principal Act

In this Part, the HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 is referred to as the Principal Act.
