Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Order 2017
I make the following order under section 36 of the Poisons Act 1971 .

This order may be cited as the Poisons (Declared Restricted Substances) Order 2017 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws.
4. Declaration of substances to which section 36 of the Poisons Act 1971 applies
(1) The restricted substances specified in Schedule 1 are declared to be substances to which section 36 of the Poisons Act 1971 applies.(2) A reference in Schedule 1 to a substance by name followed, in parentheses, by a capital letter S and a numeral is a reference to that substance when included in the correspondingly numbered Schedule of the Poisons List.
The legislation specified in Schedule 2 is revoked.
