Proclamation under the Sentencing Amendment (Breaches of Home Detention Orders) Act 2023

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Sentencing Amendment (Breaches of Home Detention Orders) Act 2023 fix 1 July 2024 as the day on which that Act commences.
