These regulations –(a) prescribe certain Acts to be related Acts for the purposes of the Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Act 2010 ; and(b) are made consequent on the repeal of the Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Regulations 2012 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
