Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Regulations 2022
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Act 2010 .

These regulations may be cited as the Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Regulations 2022 .
These regulations take effect on 14 March 2022.
For the purposes of the definition of related Act in section 3(1) of the Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Act 2010 , the following Acts are prescribed as related Acts:(a) Collections for Charities Act 2001 ;(b) Conveyancing Act 2004 ;(c) Co-operatives National Law (Tasmania) Act 2015 ;(d) Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 2020 ;(e) Motor Vehicle Traders Act 2011 ;(f) Prepaid Funerals Act 2004 ;(g) Property Agents and Land Transactions Act 2016 ;(h) Residential Tenancy Act 1997 ;(i) Retirement Villages Act 2004 ;(j) Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations (a) prescribe certain Acts to be related Acts for the purposes of the Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Act 2010 ; and(b) are made consequent on the repeal of the Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Regulations 2012 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
