EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) make provision in relation to –(i) the mass and dimension limits of vehicles; and(ii) the towing of vehicles; and(iii) loads on vehicles; and(iv) driving hours; and(v) the issuing of exemptions; and(vi) other miscellaneous matters; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2014 under section 11(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
