Allport Library and Museum of Fine Arts Agreement Amendment Act 2000
An Act to amend the Allport Library and Museum of Fine Arts Agreement Act 1966
[Royal Assent 16 June 2000]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Allport Library and Museum of Fine Arts Agreement Amendment Act 2000 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
In this Act, the Allport Library and Museum of Fine Arts Agreement Act 1966 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Section 6 inserted
After section 5 of the Principal Act , the following section is inserted:Notwithstanding the agreement, the Board may display in, or lend to, any institution out of Tasmania any item or items in the collection on a temporary basis.
