Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Order 1999
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 5 of the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Order 1999 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Act 1990 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Schedule 3 amended (Organizations Represented on the Board)
Schedule 3 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:(a) by omitting from the heading "ORGANIZATIONS" and substituting "ORGANISATIONS";(b) by inserting afterthe following item:
the Master Plumbers Association of Tasmania
the Association of Wall and Ceiling Contractors of Tasmania
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order amends the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Act 1990 by adding the Association of Wall and Ceiling Contractors of Tasmania to the list of organisations represented on the Tasmanian Building and Construction Industry Training Board.
