Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Order 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Tasmanian Building and Construction Industry Training Board, make the following order under section 5(2) , (3) and (4) of the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Order 2001 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Act 1990 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Schedule 3 amended (Organisations Represented on the Board)
Schedule 3 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:(a) by omittingand substituting the following item:
the Housing Industry Association Victoria/Tasmanian Division
the Housing Industry Association Tasmanian Region
(b) by omittingand substituting the following item:
the Master Painters, Decorators and Signwriters Association of Tasmania
Master Painters Australia
(c) by omitting the following item:
the Australian Workers Union (Building, Construction and Joinery Branch)
(d) by omittingand substituting the following item:
the Australian Institute of Building (Tasmanian Chapter)
the Australian Institute of Building Tasmanian Chapter
(e) by omitting the following item:
the Cement and Concrete Association of Australia
(f) by inserting afterthe following item:
the Australian Workers' Union (Tasmania Branch)
the Tasmanian Master Bricklayers Association Inc.
