State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 2002

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 12 of the State Service Act 2000 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 2002 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 9 August 2002.

3.   State Service Act 2000 amended

Schedule 1 to the State Service Act 2000 is omitted and the following Schedule is substituted:
