State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 2006

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 12(1) of the State Service Act 2000 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 2006 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 21 February 2006.

3.   Principal Act

In this order, the State Service Act 2000 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4.    Schedule 1 amended (Agencies)

Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting

Retirement Benefits Fund Board

President of the Retirement Benefits Fund Board

from in Part 2 .

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

This order amends Schedule 1 to the State Service Act 2000 by omitting the Retirement Benefits Fund Board from the State authorities listed in Part 2 of the Schedule.
