Child Care (Fees) Regulations 2013
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Child Care Act 2001 .

These regulations may be cited as the Child Care (Fees) Regulations 2013 .
These regulations take effect on 2 July 2013.
The fees set out in Schedule 1 are the fees prescribed for the purposes of the Child Care Act 2001 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe fees payable under the Child Care Act 2001 ; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Child Care (Fees) Regulations 2003 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
