Police Offences Amendment (Prohibited Insignia) Regulations 2019
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Police Offences Act 1935 .

These regulations may be cited as the Police Offences Amendment (Prohibited Insignia) Regulations 2019 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Police Offences Regulations 2014 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 7A inserted
Before regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations , the following regulation is inserted in Part 4:7A. Identified organisations for purposes of section 6A(3) of Act
For the purposes of section 6A(3) of the Act, the following organisations are each prescribed as an identified organisation:(a) the motorcycle club known as Outlaws;(b) the motorcycle club known as Rebels;(c) the motorcycle club known as Bandidos;(d) the motorcycle club known as Black Uhlans;(e) the motorcycle club known as Devils Henchmen.
These regulations are rescinded on the first anniversary of the day on which they take effect.

These regulations amend the Police Offences Regulations 2014 by prescribing certain motorcycle clubs to be identified organisations for the purposes of the Police Offences Act 1935 .
