Financial Management Amendment Order (No. 2) 2019
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 8(1) of the Financial Management Act 2016 .

This order may be cited as the Financial Management Amendment Order (No. 2) 2019 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Financial Management Act 2016 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Schedule 1 amended (General Government Sector Agencies)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by inserting afterin Part 1 the following item:
Tasmanian Audit Office
Auditor-General
Tasmanian Health Service
Secretary of the responsible Department in relation to the Tasmanian Health Service Act 2018
This order is revoked on the first anniversary of the day on which it took effect.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order amends the Financial Management Act 2016 by specifying for the purposes of that Act –(a) that the Tasmanian Health Service is an Agency; and(b) the accountable authority for the Tasmanian Health Service.
