Financial Management Amendment Order 2022
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 8(1) of the Financial Management Act 2016 .

This order may be cited as the Financial Management Amendment Order 2022 .
This order takes effect on 1 October 2022.
In this order, the Financial Management Act 2016 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Schedule 1 amended (General Government Sector Agencies)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by omittingfrom Part 1 and substituting:
Department of Education
Secretary of the Department
Department for Education, Children and Young People
Secretary of the Department
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Treasury and Finance.
EXPLANATORY NOTE

This order amends the Financial Management Act 2016 by updating the name of an Agency to reflect the change in its name to the Department for Education, Children and Young People.
