HomeBuilder Grants (Amendment of Act) Order 2023
I make the following order under section 19(1) of the HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 .

This order may be cited as the HomeBuilder Grants (Amendment of Act) Order 2023 .
This order is taken to have taken effect on 30 April 2023.
In this order, the HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Section 20 amended (Application for grant)
Section 20(3A)(b) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "1 May 2023" and substituting "1 July 2025".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This order amends the HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 , to ensure that the Act is consistent with the National Partnership, by extending the period within which applicants may provide further information under the Act.
