Passenger Transport Services Amendment Regulations 2024
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Passenger Transport Services Act 2011 .

These regulations may be cited as the Passenger Transport Services Amendment Regulations 2024 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Passenger Transport Services Regulations 2023 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 12 amended (Matters for notification to Commission)
Regulation 12(b)(ii) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting " Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2014 " and substituting " Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2024 ".
5. Schedule 1 amended (Operational capacity)
Clause 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting " Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2014 " from the definition of second edition ADR and substituting " Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2024 ";(b) by omitting " Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2014 " from the definition of third edition ADR and substituting " Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2024 ".

These regulations amend the Passenger Transport Services Regulations 2023 by updating certain references consequential upon the making of the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2024 .
