An Act to amend the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment Act 1999 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
In this Act, the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 is referred to as the Principal Act.The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 .The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 .
6. Validation of certain permits
A permit granted under the Principal Act for any use or development conducted in accordance with the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 or the Marine Farming Planning Act 1995 before the commencement of this Act is taken to be validly granted.
