Family Violence Amendment Act 2015
An Act to amend the Family Violence Act 2004 and the Justices Act 1959
[Royal Assent 6 October 2015]
Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Family Violence Amendment Act 2015 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
PART 2 - Family Violence Act 2004 Amended
The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Family Violence Act 2004 .
