Local Government (Model Code of Conduct) Amendment Order 2018

I make the following order under section 28R(2) of the Local Government Act 1993 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Local Government (Model Code of Conduct) Amendment Order 2018 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Local Government (Model Code of Conduct) Order 2016 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.   

The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Local Government (Model Code of Conduct) Order 2016 .
