Proclamation under the Occupational Licensing (Automatic Mutual Recognition Consequential Amendments) Act 2022

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Occupational Licensing (Automatic Mutual Recognition Consequential Amendments) Act 2022 , fix 1 July 2023 as the day on which Parts 3 and 7 of that Act commence.
